Last updated: October 2026. QuickFit Pro is billed monthly at $4.99 through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle processes payments, tax and invoices on our behalf.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If QuickFit Pro is not for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of your first charge and we will refund it in full — no questions asked.

Cancellations

You can cancel in one click at any time from the Paddle Billing portal (the manage-subscription link is included in every receipt email), or by writing to [email protected]. Cancelling stops all future charges immediately; your Pro features stay active until the end of the paid period.

Renewal charges

Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the same calendar day. If you believe a renewal was charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge for a full refund.

EU / UK statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory withdrawal rights under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU) or the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. Paddle, as Merchant of Record, handles statutory refunds where they apply.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
